The better the photos, the higher potential for the portrait.
But don’t stress too much, I can work with what you have.
- Several photos
- at least 4 pics, no upper limit, the more the better
- Clear and even lighting
- not backlit
- avoid strong light that casts deep shadows
- Angles
- a couple different angles
- avoid extreme perspectives
- taken at eye level is best
- Neutral Pose
- avoid exaggerated expressions like tongue hanging out or cross eyed (one or two like this is OK)
- Full animal inside the frame (not cut off)
- not resting head or sleeping
- nothing in their mouth
