Case Study: Pampered Tails

Pampered Tails is a high-end pet spa with several locations across California, including mobile grooming
vans. In the lead-up to the 2025 holidays, the owner Nelson Quintero wanted to thank his most loyal clients with something personal.
Instead of discounts or branded swag, he decided to surprise his best clients with custom pet portraits.
Over a three-week period, I created 18 one-of-a-kind drawings, each based on photos of the client’s pet and finished in time for holiday gifting.
